Horsemasters Farm offers a variety of programs and services:

RIDING LESSONS
Horsemasters specializes in English hunt seat equitation—hunters, jumping, dressage, and cross-country. Lessons are available throughout the week to meet your needs and schedule. Quality school horses are available for all ages and riding abilities. Group lessons are $30; private lessons are $45.

RIDING CLINICS
For clinics currently scheduled at Horsemasters Farm, Click Here for the 2010 Schedule of Activities. Other clinics will also be available throughout the year. Contact us for information about cost, starting times, and length of clinics.

Sign up early for clinics—Pay in advance to hold a space. There are limited numbers per clinic.

TWO-DAY HOLIDAY CLINICS
Whether you are a beginner or an advanced rider, you will enjoy and learn from these 2-day riding clinics held during the holiday season. These clinics, which make a great holiday gift, will be held:

November 26-27, Fri-Sat Thanksgiving Clinic
December 28-29, Tues-Wed Christmas Clinic

CLACKAMAS COMMUNITY COLLEGE RIDING COURSES
Enjoy a full quarter of twice-a-week riding lessons through the Physical Education (P.E.) Department at Clackamas Community College. Classes are offered Monday through Thursday in the mornings and evenings. Basic riding skills through advanced riding skills are taught with specialization in hunt seat equitation, dressage and jumping. Learn about stable management, care of horses, and safety on and around horses. Classes are held in a large arena; outdoor trails are also available, weather permitting.

Register through Clackamas Community College. Fees are payable to Janet and Mike Adler.

SUMMER HORSE CAMPS
Summer Camps of Horsemanship offers riders of all ages and levels an opportunity to advance their riding skills and improve their techniques. Riders also can develop showing, eventing, and dressage skills, as well as have a good time at the camps. Trail riding is also available.

Each course lasts for 5 days. Riders are encouraged to take advantage of the residential program—overnight housing and meals. Riders may bring their own horses or use school horses provided by Horsemasters Farm.

Camps fill up fast, so sign up now. Dates for the 2010 summer camps are:

July 12 – July 16
July 19 – July 23
August 2 – August 6
August 9 – August 13

SUMMER DAY CAMPS
Day camps are available for all ages and for beginning to advanced riders. Cost is $70/camp and includes lunch. Day camps will be held from 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. on the following days for 2010:

July 27 (Tuesday)
July 28 (Wednesday)
August 18 (Wednesday)
August 19 (Thursday)

LUV-A-HORSE PROGRAM
Love horses? Have a child who is “horse crazy”? Would you or a child enjoy spending quality time with a horse? This program provides special time for grooming, riding and loving a horse. The “Luv-A-Horse Program” is 1 ½ hours of fun for a family, a grandparent and grandchild, or for individuals—children, and adults from young to middle-aged to older. Activities are adjusted for age and ability. Cost is $25 per person. The “Luv-A-Horse Program” is usually scheduled the 2nd Saturday of the month. Contact us if you are interested in another time. Instructors are available to answer questions about horses.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Celebrate a “Happy Birthday to YOU” at Horsemasters Farm! The horses won’t sing the “birthday song,” but they will provide joy, fun and make for a very special birthday! Kids of all ages—from 1 to 92+—will enjoy the horse-related activities, which will vary depending on ages and riding ability of the participants. Cookies and drinks will be provided. Cost is $25 per person. Minimum: 4 people.
